Arnauld Chyngwa

Communications Project Manager

Arnauld Chyngwa joins the Appalachian Corridor team as Communications Project Manager, where he will help implement annual communication plans and enhance the organization’s visibility and conservation efforts. With experience in environmental communications, his career has led him to work with international organizations such as the United Nations and the Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR), where he developed and implemented communication strategies to promote the SDGs and nature conservation/protection. He has also collaborated with the Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) on the Quebec Ecological Corridors Initiative, where he deepened his understanding of ecological connectivity issues in Quebec.

He holds a dual master’s degree in political science and international relations. With a strong interest in conservation, ecological connectivity, and environmental justice, he is currently pursuing a graduate diploma (DESS) in environmental management at the University of Sherbrooke.
