Laurie Marchand

Co-Director – Conservation and Administration

With a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Sherbrooke and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from HEC Montréal, Laurie has a diverse background combining strategy, change management, and organizational development. Driven by intellectual curiosity and strong analytical skills, she approaches each of her responsibilities with energy, rigor, and creativity.  

Throughout her professional career, Laurie has specialized in team capacity building, digital transformation, and organizational efficiency optimization. She uses her skills to foster collaboration, stimulate innovation, and support organizations in adopting more agile and effective practices.   

Laurie has lived in the region since 2020, choosing this environment to be closer to nature and enjoy a more balanced lifestyle. Deeply attached to her community, she is now very proud to be able to actively contribute to the conservation and enhancement of the region’s natural heritage.
